Educate Yourself

Well it has been a while since my last post. I've been on a journey of educating myself. I know that this journey will be long and fulfilling. I am anxious to see what truths and lies I uncover along the way.

Truths and Lies........What the.?.....Actually differences of opinion. it truly depends on what side of the fence you are playing from. I have been trying to increase my financial intelligence. The rules are very different for the players involved based on their knowledge of the game.

Robert Kiyosaki author of the Rich Dad Poor Dad series offers some excellent insights on this very subject. Knowing who and how the game is played from the different players involved. I have since changed my view of what I consider to be an Asset or Liability. Not based on what he says but based on the information given and the understanding of how it works.

I would highly recommend his reading to anyone who wants to change their financial IQ as he puts it. I am now on a quest to find mentors of the game of money. I have resided to long in the ever shrinking myth of the middle class. The rules of the money game has changed. If you want to compete learn the rules.

You Can't Do That !

How many times as children have you heard these words? Hundreds, thousands, millions maybe? How many times did you think to yourself........What if ? Did you ever explore the true consequence of the action. Probally not.

We like to assume that the voice of wisdom uttering these words already know. As a child we hope and believe that our mentors have our best interest at hand. Only as we grow older do you start to realize the impact of these very words.

Let's be honest maybe not everyone realizes it. Only those who truly desire to know the why not. Some folks barely have enough common sense to watse on a cup of cheap coffee let alone realize that I just used a play on words. Using common sense is the key factor to learning the true outcome of "You Can't Do That".

How many times has some other party stiffled your ambitions. Crippled your desires to break out of the norm. Did believe them or share in their fear of failure. I broke my neck as a teen playing football and was told you may not walk again. They were right ....I ran. I broke my left hand at a younger age after already leanring to write with it and became right handed and now I draw with it. They told me baldness runs in the family ......man I wished they where wrong about that one.

I ran with scissors. Lived. I left the door open but could never heat the outside. I dance , sing and I suck at it but it still makes me smile. You can't do that because YOU HAVE NOT TRIED!!!
I do advise that you use a test subject for the yellow snow and peeing in the shower thing.

Failure only proves to you what you need to get better at. Success proves to you that...............You Can Do That!

Netwhat

Networking.........Hmmm

It truly is an interesting concept to say the least. Build a network of friend s or business associates. To share ideas.

Network Marketing is suppose to be the same in concept. However this truly seems to be the furthest from what it actually becomes. This forum of networks usually becomes the great one upper. Pitch after endless pitch of mine is better than yours because.

I belong to a few of these types of social networks. I've chatted with a few really nice people. Unfortunately I've yet to make any real business networking leads. I personally think that for this arena to work . We must first get past the pitch mentallity.

IF and NO

If and No...

I sat and pondered the implications that these two very different but also powerful words have.
IF, offers one hope while also giving the one using it an out. It allows a person to escape from a situation without a definite conclusion. It also creates in the one being offered IF, a glimmer of possibilty.

No, on the other hand is much more definite. Sometimes met with a feeling of hollowness. I think that sometimes I'd rather hear a No before an IF.

No gets my creative juices boiling. At least a No tells me that this particular avenue is not quite polished yet. It also allows me to challenge myself to design a YES campaign.

Something that a potentail buyer can not ignore. Something that builds the desire to want to know more, more, more. Sort of like smelling a good steak cooking. I can't yet see it, but all I know is that I can't wait to get my teeth on into it.

Some times it better to sell them the sizzle and not the steak. It could be the difference between an If or a No. When all is said and done what you really want to hear is YES.

Where Is my Pie?

Welcome to todays economy. Somewhere along the way most Americans have lost their piece of the pie. The American dream ,so to speak.

Well now is the time to see who steps up to the plate or who just gives up. There is money to be made . It just requires a different attitude to acquire it. Let's face it. No one is willing to give it up for nothing.

People really have to see the value it what you are pitching. When it comes to selling on the internet. You really have to sell the sizzle and not the steak in your pitch. Let them develop the ideology of what the so called steak will taste like. Let's face it not everyone likes their steak the same way.

I would say first see if what you are pitching has any value to you. Other than monetary of course. Then it will be easier to crate a more believable pitch for the next person to want it as well. If they desire it, the cost will not be that much of a factor.

Cyber Pimp

Cyber Pimp? Cyber Pimping. That's what I'm calling it. What is it. The pimping of other peoples products or wares for a monetary gain.

I am a Pimp. There are numerous peices to this very strange puzzle. Ever changing , ever evolving. Just when you think you have a winner it's played out like an old song.

Online marketing is a jungle.........Everyone is trying to sell you something while your trying to sell it to someone else. Just keep track of where you pimped it so you don't buy it back from yourself.

Take a look at most forum groups even here. Hell....the one group I joined stated post your success stories or help. I went inside to find it was full of sharks and piranhas trying to out pimp each other.

Networking is the key to gaining potential .....uh......you know. Building lists, timing and finding the right peices to the puzzles. These things can be most elusive. No one wants to help for -FREE.

Beginers Internet Marketing

Well It has been a real tough year thus far. I took a look at the trading hrs for dollars concept of conventional earning and was for lack of a batter word bummed.
That was the mind set that I've been trapped in for over 20 + years. I woke up one Sat. morning and sat in front of my pc and thought crap. Now what ? There has got to be a way to make some money with this here thingy.

A fresh pot of coffee brewed and some determination I was hoping to find a way. You want to talk about getting lost in the woods. WoW. There tons of people, companies and head hunters out there pitching this "get rich quick" and "make $1000's of dollars a day ideas.

Don't get me wrong some of them may have validity. There are plenty of helpful material in some of them. Others are just out to turn a quick buck and leave you feeling used. God knows on more than one occasion I have felt like a cheap date if you catch my drift.

Anyway I have found a few things that do work. they are not going to make you rich in a few weeks but they are a good start to understanding how. I am rather new in this arena but I have made some fair coin from my initial investment. It's all about the ROI .

For some start up ventures you can look here

or here

These are two of the sites I have drawn helpful information and resources from. However I suggest you make a cognizant decision based on you own due diligence. Do NOT let anyone tell you that YOU can't. You fail when you start to believe that more than you believe in yourself.
